Where have I seen him before or does he look remarkably like another famous actor? I can't work it out!

His name is Dave hill. This guy is a proper jobber (Jobbing Actor) Lots of bit parts etc He's appeared in Casualty, Dalziel and Pascoe and Silent Witness . For his main roles though You may have seen him in City Central, Linda Green, He played a character called Alan in the film, The Full Monty
