TBF the SNP would only have spent it on another camper fan!
Small beer when compared to what the tories secreted away in one way or another
Question Author
...don't remember their trials for embezzlement maggie.
Sunak: "It was only after the music stopped that I realised I had inadvertently signed a trade deal with India which will hugely benefit a company in which my wife holds a significant share."

Word of the day is "inadvertently" Mr Sunak inadvertently failed to declare an interest. This needs to be taught to school students for their excuses. "Sorry miss, I inadvertently punched him" "Sorry, I was inadvertently at home yesterday."

I inadvertently stole £600k from the cause of Scottish "independence" - surprised you are backing these tea leaves maggie, I thought you wanted "independence".
To be a little bit fair to rishi ( nice change of subject maggiebee) I wouldn't know what companies my wife's pension funds are invested in....but I suppose he pays people to check them things
And I really don't think rishi has any need to do anything to gain a bit of extra cash. It looks ad if this snp mps £55000 was only part of the story...the figure was said to be £190000 at one point....so.e of it from a charity for women's independence PMSL

I wish people (particularly the English) would try to get their heads around the fact that all Scots who want independence are not necessarily members of the SNP.
Question Author
....but they do hate the English?
Does not wanting to be controlled by someone equal hatred Tora? It seems a bit of a jump to assume that if someone wants their country's independence, they must hate the nation the seek to break from.
Question Author
17:37, they are not "controlled" though are they? They are part of the UK with their share of seats in parliament etc. There have been Scottish PMs for gawd sake. Anyway I'm not talking about that, I'm talking about the Blue woad brigade and the ABE mob that hate England. What they want is not independence, they want "independence" so they can join the EUSSR, ironically that would be "controlled"! with knobs on.
Question Author
A few years under the EUSSR jack boot and they'd be having a Scexit referendum and begging to re join the UK.
ah, Goodwin's on his way...
If the get independence from the English Parliament Tora, it's none of our business what they do. If they want to join the EU, so be it. Perhaps it's not their "hatred" of the English driving you here, but your hatred of the EU.
Question Author
It is if the EUSSR force them to rebuild the equivalent of Hadrian's wall.
I could warm to 3T....tis a pity he is a Brexiteer....
Most neighbouring countries have some form pf border control Tora. An independent Scotland would be exactly the same.

I personally think it would be beneficial for us to see the results of Scotland joining the EU. Whether they prosper or fall flat on their sporrans will show the English if we made the right decision leaving or not.
o god we arent gonna have another
