Does anyone else thing this programme is absurd?

I get The Masked Singer - sometimes you get a real sense of whom you think the voice might belong to, but The Masked Dancer? It could be anyone.

I really think this programme is scraping the bottom of the barrel. What say you?

OH and I did roar with laughter though when Deborah Meadon's name was thrown into the ring...

It is awful isn't it! Patronising, enhanced false cheering, inane comments, overpaid talentless panel, false tension, really poor tv appealing to an easily pleased audience. The Voice, on now, is leagues better with real talent by real people. We watched Pointless instead too.

im not watching it, but the premise sounds utterly ridiculous to me too!

Have never watched it, for the same reason I don’t watch the other programme - have no idea who the people they suggest are!

I say you and OH are watching it and you roared with laughter, so it is entertaining you. No big deal.

I love it too, although I do prefer the Masked Singer. As puzzled said, 'escapism', especially right now with all the sadness of the Queen passing.
