So, he's not the PM !!
Question Author
I'm not sure that I said if he was, HereIAm. He's also not the King of England. Does it need to be mentioned?
Why did you mention it TD ?
Question Author
Because don't you find a Hitler reference on morning television when referring to your son becoming Prime Minister a bit odd?

I'm not suggesting any sinister activity I just think it was a stupid thing to say.
Hardly news is it?
Priceless!

90% of what is posted in here is hardly News.
Like I said, he's not the PM, so who cares !!! Only YOU, apparently ...
Question Author
Dannyk13, no not "news worthy" but certainly "news".

Maybe Stanley was making a reference to antisemitism in the labour party, implying that it's good Corbyn didn't get in?

Sheer speculation.

"Only YOU, apparently ..."

Your presence on this thread indicates that you care. The fact you have such a strong opinion to voice on my thread that no one cares, implies that you care.

Enough of this nonsense HereIAm contribute or don't. This wasn't meant to be a negative thread or Tory slander. The reference was funny.
Gave me a laugh TD, in more ways than one.
I know that Stanley Johnson isn't too keen on jazz.

I think he was referring to Adolphe Sax...

;o)
Question Author
At the idea of Boris referring to Stanley as daddy? ;)

Lynne //90% of what is posted in here is hardly News.//
I was referring to the post having been placed in the News section.
I know you were and that's what made me laugh, still - it made a change from reading about TTT's poo in the fridge (also in the News topic) ;-)

Oh dear - clearly the apple didn't fall far from the tree.
It was a joke for goodness sake, or do some think that they would be proud to be Hitler's father?
Question Author
Well Hitler was a successful man who influenced many. At the time I'm sure Hitlers father (i'm not sure on Hitler history, or if his dad was still alive etc..) was rather proud.
