I'm not sure whether there is a question here but yes, it's in the news now and he is probably benefitting from the publicity. The video is shocking but themes of violence, extolling drugs and guns, foul language and racism seem to common in this type of music now and it thrives as a result via the internet.

The context of this is perfectly fine since it's an anti prejudice video if any of you actually bothered watching it or listening to it. It's art for goodness sake, no-one is trying to spark a race war he's actually stressing how important it is that we halt all the hatred, and goes to great pains to demonstrate that. Artists have always opted to shock with imagery this is no different, but it;s sickening that it's message should be twisted by rags like The Wail.

Many 'artistes' claim that there is a profound and important message in their work, often it seems simply to justify excesses and outrageous content.
I have no idea if that is the case here. Perhaps the white boys parents were swayed by such justification......who knows?
It seems ill-conceived and unappealling and I shan't be watching the entire thing to find out whether I am correct, or not.
