Just look at the mince pies on the bloke in the video! PMSL looks like he's been on the full range of steam tugs, this very morning!
I do have some sympathies with them on this, not that I have ever used the stuff myself.

If you ban something it simply goes underground and then criminals make loads of money that is often then reinvested into other areas of crime. The rise of the Mafia due to prohibition showed this clearly.

Of course it can be argued that it is a gateway drug and that if people buy this legally they wil then go on to find harder drugs. This may well be the case for some but all weeders I knw just do that and nothing else even though they are clearly in contact with a dealer who could supply pretty much anything.

So for me I think for weed and prostitution we need a rethink. Legalise, regulate and tax them should be tried since the current situation is not working.
