Scumbag lawyer said 'it was not most serious'!! My God .....
I know ham, I know.

Lawyers, both defence or prosecuting, have to be robust in their arguments, but some really do take the proverbial.
I differ with a lot of views here about imprisonment. Why allow this savage to have a nice cushty time in one of HM Prisons for a few years and then be released to possibly offend again.
What would be a far greater penalty would be to take his biometrics etc and send him back to the dust bowl that he came from.
Lol albs that's the first time you've called me ham, made me chuckle ...

I wonder how long of his sentence he'll serve by the way.
lol, you suggested it ham, and told me I wasn't to use block capitals either :-D xx

We'll be lucky if he serves 1/2 of his sentence, or even a 1/3rd. (scuzzbucket will be even luckier, hope he meets with a few accidents whilst inside)
Wish they would make a sentence that's handed down, just that.
Whatever his background, the sentence isn't long enough IMO.
I know albs xx

Totally agree with you and L i K, nowhere near enough at all !
I'm sure it was Barmaid who said anyone could apply to the Attorney General about a lenient sentence about hopefully getting it raised.
She did provide a link, which I'm unable to find at the moment.
That's true and I'm pretty certain a sentence has been added to lately, but I can't remember who it was ..

/// AH, he's now trying to link illegal immigrants with those who come here and become valuable members of society......I think. ///

Then as usual you think entirely wrong.

The whole point that I am making is the fact that if he was one of those 'child' migrants who bamboozled themselves into this country (and I have no proof that he is, and that is the reason for my question) and he had been found out before he got here, then this rape would not have taken place.

But then the thread was diverted by the mention of a certain Doctor Shipman, so if that particular ABer wanted to use that invalid connection, I merely suggested that if we could have prevented him from becoming a doctor then his crimes would have also been prevented.

A case in point, the surgeon who was convicted of performing unnecessary cancer operations has just had his sentence increased by five years.
THAT'S the one danny ...

It was that breast surgeon.
Thanks aog x
AOG do you actually read the links before you post your anti immigrant rants?
If you read the link he was originally from Rwanda which was not one of the places the 'child migrants' came from.
that breast surgeon should have had sentence increased by more than 5 years imo, but that's another matter entirely.

Am now wondering if the scuzzbucket was a criminal in his native country?
Don't know how old he was when he came to the UK.
Couldn't we send him back to serve time in the country of his birth?

/// How does one get the chance to make sure one doesn't become a doctor? ///

The magic word is 'IF' and if you take the time to read what I put you will find that particular word sitting right there.

It's not rocket science.
AOG - //But then the thread was diverted by the mention of a certain Doctor Shipman, so if that particular ABer wanted to use that invalid connection, I merely suggested that if we could have prevented him from becoming a doctor then his crimes would have also been prevented. //

As the 'particular AB'er' - I contest that my connection is invalid.

Had we prevented Harold Shipman from being a doctor, we could jave prefvented his crimes - but you could extrapolate that to any situation, and it is equally meaningless.

'If Hitler had not been born ...' and so on blah blah - it is utterly meaningless.

My point about Doctor Shipman is that he was not a 'child migrant', but he was still a heinous murderer - background and ethnicity are no indications of a criminal personality.

Your OP has been answered, although you seem not to be happy with the responses you have received - or is it just mine that irk you?

Or so they said, or do you have definite proof?
So let me get this right. You think this Rawandan may have been one of the child migrants, which he can't be because non of them came from there. But IF he was the rape wouldn't have happened. Rrrrrright.
