Do you have an item of clothing that always gets splashed, spilt on, stained or whatever when other items manage to get through the day without incident?

yep, my favourite pair of blue cotton trousers.

If they make it through the morning, then I just know summat is going to land on them in the afternoon.
Yes, a black top I love. Always manage to get some stain or another on it before the end of the day!

Hurrah, it's not just me!

i just seem to be unlucky with them.
HYw

Yes, my uniform!

All my trousers are doomed... Go out in the morning and every time I vow to change into an old pair before i go into the garden...I never do. My trousers have seen more washing machine action than is good for them!
Oops, something went wrong there

Every time OH wears a pale blue sweater he gets his dinner down it. I spend a fortune on Vanish.
I must get him a pelican bib?
I am sorry but my life is a bit more exciting than a garment being damaged when I look at all the sad things that are happening in the world.
Oh-oh. Someone's in one of 'those' moods.
not me maccy - I am in great spirits.
Chatterbank is not for serious stuff.
you get excited when you see all the sad things in the world???
Lol.
If Eccles had responded like that on one of your threads JJ you would have screamed like blue murder!!
She sure would!
I have the opposite, well until last week! I have a black cotton summer dress with thin straps. Have had it for years and years. Worn it shopping, gardening, you name it and never got a mark on it. Then last week I decided to bleach out outside food waste bin, poured the bleach in a little too quickly and it splashed up onto dress! Not happy : (
^ that's true
ooops, sorry Smow, didn't see you there !

awww, the poor dress :-(
Smow can you not do some more creative bleach splashing to change the colour of the dress?
