I turn into a pescetarian when I holiday in Turkey, and I have had dozens of different fish. I do a little Scuba diving every now and then while I am there.

Like has been said Mikey, if it's chewy then it hasn't been cooked right.
You think squid is chewy? Have you ever tried eating a whelk? That's chewy for you.
whale and chips and the moaners can blubber to their hearts' content?
squid does not lend itself to deep frying - a quick saute in a wok and serve - and keeping it softer...the Chinese know how to cook it.
