Yes, it's a 12 month old story dieseldick- these older stories often pop up long after the event on some people's facebook pages etc and get mistaken for new stories

Well personally I think people are better settled in Towns/Cities rather than out of the way Villages with few resources and opportunities but as a halfway temporary stopover it would have been good.Not that it is my place to say really not being a villager or parishioner.
