I think her time is limited. Of course, it is easy for would-be terrorists just to telephone warnings and spark reactions - that way they don't have to blow themselves up. This does have the effect of 'waking-up' all the voters in that area. Being a suspicious soul, I'd worry about schools outside the areas warned. :(
