Please may I give you a little advice?

Others in the past have lambasted you for using up too much space with your copy and paste exercises.

I myself is a big believer in the practice in fact it was I who introduced the /// marks.

But there is no need to copy and post the whole of the post that you are replying to, just the relevant part, such as this:

One could say that about the columnist (crikey I nearly put communists) who write for the Guardian.
