Don't know if I have got it wrong, but this has been debated for a few days now, and if I was a member of the IS in Syria I would by now be miles away from the intended targets, or am I missing something.
One question, Bercow going on about the result.....why did he use the term 'unlock' after announcing the number of Ayes and Nays....? What parliamentary protocol does this refer to?
