Those punishment, death and revenge-hungry lot who glean most of their 'facts' from (for example) tabloid newspapers like the Daily Mail.
They are hate-filled sociopaths who either cannot or will not study the facts and figures properly, or question anything that is presented to them via the media.
People who are without compassion or understanding basically and can only spout hate and bitterness.

...they key words here are "these monsters" and the issue is that no one knows exactly who or where they are and there are too many KNUCKLE DRAGGERS who apparently don't care so long as revenge is carried out somehow.

sevenOP, like Answerprancer you criticise but you offer no alternative whatsoever. I can only presume your solution is to do nothing, allow 'these monsters' (that's what they are) to carry on spreading their cancerous evil even further with not a thought for the thousands of innocent people they slaughter. I have to wonder whose side you people are on! This hand-wringing is sickening.
