/// I am still confused as to why ANOTHEOLDGIT equates the BNP as having the same right to appear as the SNP have. ///

I always under the impression that you hung on to my every word?

Obviously I was wrong else you wouldn't haver failed to notice that I have asked the question before:

Why is it that it is acceptable for Scotland to have a National Party, without being labelled fascist, racist etc, but for Britain or England in particular it is not?

Typical, no thought for anyone but themselves,

/// to help shorten the ceremony in the interests of the ageing monarch and war veterans taking part///

/// (In response to mikey's boast that he'd have ripped their one up, if the police weren't there) ///

You mean in his stroll down the Mall, I don't suppose he meant Whitehall?
Yes AOG...a small mistake on my part, but thanks for all your efforts to bring it to my attention !
AOG....the BNP IS a fascist Party ...here is the Wiki link ::

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_National_Party

The SNP ISN'T fascist...here is their Wiki link :::

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scottish_National_Party

A huge and obvious difference !
Just noticed my comment to the wreath-shredder was removed. Yet the boast about doing it remains. Some moderator should hang their head in shame. :-(
Thank you Ed !
ANOTHEOLDGIT if you think that I or anyone else for that matter hangs on to your every word, you have a much higher regard of your opinions and are more deluded than I thought.

With regards to the BNP being called racist and fascist whilst the SNP are not, having the word "National" in a party's name means nothing, it is the policies and actions of that party and its members that are relevant.

That is the difference between the SNP and NF/BNP.
Well said Corby...what a pity though that we have spelt out something so obvious !

Here is another Party that is nationalist but not Fascist :::

mikey, I'm genuinely interested why you froth at the mouth over EDL, BNP and Britain First yet have no opinion on ... or perhaps support the type of people that set light to police cars and throw bricks and bottles at horse.

Why is that?

What was in your post that broke Site Rules?

Seems it was Mikey who reported you.
If I may interject - the comment was not a reasoned reply asking why Mikey thought he was allowed to consider destroying the said wreath - it was a one line personal rude remark.

There you go again, hanging on to my every word.

You must learn to stop this or I will continue to believe you are hanging on to my every word.

Thanks Mamy.....spot on...a one-line personal line of abuse is exactly what it was, and that is why it was moved.

AOG........why can't you just accept that the BNP is fascist and the SNP isn't...it isn't rocket science you know ! Or are you saying that Wiki got it wrong ?
I will say this, I was also dismayed to read Mikey that the thought of destroying a wreath would even enter your mind.

Not something I could countenance.

Talbot........show me where I have supported the "type of people that set light to police cars and throw bricks and bottles at horses" ?

And what has this got to do with letting UKIP lay wreaths at the Cenotaph ?
Mamy..I accept that...it would have been a moment of madness I will admit !

But the sight of that wreath, from such an odious organisation as the BNP made us very angry.
