If that BNP wreath was not laid by the BNP at the official ceremony in Whitehall then one must assume that it may have been quietly placed there with reverence and respect for our fallen with no fanfare or accolades demanded or expected.
Had I laid my wreath there and saw someone pick it up and desecrate it,and commit criminal damage to a symbol dedicated to real men then I think the yob would find himself horizontal and the sprouts would be getting a practical lesson in First Aid irrespective of a police officer on duty or not.!!

As long as a Party has at least one MP, it seems only fair to allow them to lay a wreath at the main ceremony tomorrow.

But I have never noticed Sinn fain being present, even though Jerry Adams was the serving Member for Belfast West.

Parties have to have taken their seats in Parliament, not merely elected, in order to be taken into account.

I can clear up your confusion for you. Aog didn't mention 'appearing' at the Cenotaph. He asked were they not allowed to lay one. (In response to mikey's boast that he'd have ripped their one up, if the police weren't there) HTH.
