I have previously seen Heath's name in connected with the Haut de la Garenne abuse scandal on Jersey.
Heath was apparently warned by special branch to curtail his activities in London public toilets after being caught 4 times with boys there.

Whether he was or wasn't investigated by the police, how did he ever pass security vetting for a place in the cabinet?
We don't know if there was any truth in these allegations but if there was he'd have been a prime candidate for blackmail during the Cold War.
