well how brilliant was that! Watched the Django DVD last night, absolutely loved it! Tarrentino has never been a favourite of mine but this movie is bang on. The cinematography was outstanding anf Leonardo De Capprio was really good. But it was excellent all round, am I right in thinking Tarrentino was referencing Blazing Saddles in several scenes? in particular the 'sack' scene and then the snippet at the end of the credits?

i have not seen django unchained
i missed it at the cinema, and have yet to obtain the dvd

it is widely acknowledged that Tarantino is a huge fan of Mel Brookes, i am not surprised therefore that he would want to pay his own homage
