Yes, I think so, they could licence and regulate the use of the drug so I really can't see a probem.

Depression is an illness and should be treated the same as research for anything else IMO. I dont agree with taking drugs for pleaure though

(personally I found spending hours on my hands and knees grubbing about in cold, wet sheep sh1t covered fields in search of shrooms rather depressing).

it already has been approved and the finance given, but he cannot find a company who will provide the drug because of EU regulations.

it would seem that at this point..........the research is a non starter.
