What a load of ***. Labour MP's playing politics- nowt new there then. Ben Houchen is the best advocate for Teeside we've ever had, the investment is massively welcome, and local Labour MP's have had their noses pushed out as a result.

In the latest edition of PE, they point out the land that was supposedly sold for £1.5 million; land registry documents show the sale amount as being £96.79.

So definitely nothing to see here.
