I fancy doing a sponsered silence for the next charity day there is (not sure which charity is next), but how difficult is it to last a whole day?

Has anyone done one before? Any hints of tips? - I've already thought of using a little whiteboard and pen so I can still communicate with people.

How many a*'s did you get?
It's easy Molly.
silence is easy if you're still allowed to type online, Its still getting your voice heard.
I hope that you stop that for the 24 hours too
A little whiteboard?

The next "Charity day" is tonight, Children in need mollykins, but a silence is not needed as the more louder and colourful you can make your fundraising the better!

I meant as in I had decided to use one aswell, incase anyway else was going to mention it.
is it just me, or does using a whiteboard / email / texting etc seem like cheating?
Question Author
It's a sponsored silence, typing/writing doesn't use your voicebox.

no, i realise that. But with email / texts and internet to hand being silent isnt much of a hardship as it used to be.

But if it raises money then who am i to question?
Question Author
Count, only 1, in chemistry.

Headwreck, it's something i've always wanted to do, but not on my own and non of ym other friends before have wanted to do it, but now I know lots of new people, maybe one of them will do it with me. There's a girl i'm quite friendly with whose in my biology and geography class, which we have on the same day, perhaps we could both do it, on either a monday or thursday . . . .
or in a summerhouse...........or Prudentia's greenhouse.
