Help with a guitar chord please C#5sus4

Hi. Can anyone tell me how to play a C#5sus4 on the guitar please? I have tried all sorts of online resources and can't find out. It's in the intro to Give me the night by George Benson and I'm stuck..

prev Thursday Music Post - Share One Of Yours   Gipsy Kings/Volare: Not a compilation CD please, but anyone know the title of the original CD by Gipsy Kings which (I think) begins with Volare and also has the song with the sound effect of wind on it? Ta Muchly. next

5 (fifth) G#
sus(pended)4 F#

It's just a regular C# major triad (chord), but with the third (F) replaced by the suspended fourth (F#)
