Just googled mcdonalds music and somehow came up with the tune is called Whistlestop by Roger Miller.
Went into wilkipedia and below:


Miller wrote and performed three songs in the 1973 animated Robin Hood film as the rooster/minstrel Alan-a-Dale. One of these, a high-pitched sample of "WhistleStop",
