Not sure of his surname, but if you google for 'Heinz', along with 'Meek', I'm sure you'll get something on him. The song was a tribute to Eddie Cochrane.

lol i only wanted to find a picture because my auntie came round last night with new hair and my mum her sister said blimey rose you look like that bloke heinz and none of us knew who that was so i looked it up and dang she bvore a canny resemblence and made us all laugh for a while!!! small things and all that!!!
