Which male and female singers have your favourite voices? My favourite male singing voices are Frank Sinatra, Perry Como, Nat King Cole, John Lennon, and (though I appreciate this voice is very Marmite) Bob Dylan. My favourite female singing voices are Shirley Bassey, Stacey Kent, Susanna Hoffs, Linda Ronstadt, and Tammy Wynette

Not necessarily wonderful singers but voices I like

MALE: Rod Stewart, David Bowie,Neil Diamond, Dylan, Neil Hannan, Bing Crosby, Alfie Bow, Matt Monro, Nat King Cole. Pat Boone.

Female : very few these days, but those who don't screech warble and go through their vocal range. So Eva Cassidy, Peggy Lee, Ella Fitgerald. I did like listening to Adelle, but her personality has now put me off!
