One of my favourites was 'Woodstock'

I will raise a glass to her speedy recovery tonight!

Good news indeed
That is good news - thanks for that, Mikey :-)
That is good news Mikey.

I'm going to indulge myself to celebrate here. She is well respected in the Jazz world too. Here, (late 70s, early 80s) from her Shadows & Light tour. Featuring the world's best sax player (Michael Brecker), top bass player (Jaco Pastorius), and her partner at the time on drums (Don Alias.)

Difficult to choose a favourite...nigh on impossible actually but this comes close. The piano work alone makes this awesome. My friends and I wore our first LP of "Blue" ! It was one of the first CDs that I bought when I bought a CD player, back in 1983-4.

Please get well Joni !

Poor lady, it'll be a long process for her.
I had that album too Mikey.
Somehow, I had an idea Mr King would like that :o)

Yep, Mikey, I wore out a copy of "Blue" as well ............ and an 8-track (remember them?)
Love all the tracks on that album but especially 'A case of you'
"Canada, Oh Canada
I could drink a case of you
and still be on my feet .......... "

Ahhhhh ........
Yes, brilliant album.
