Whatever is causing the grief one has to work though it until life turns good again. You're down now, at a later time you will be up as you were in the past.

Sometimes our thoughts get muddled and are hard to make sense of.
Perhaps you try to analyse things to closely. You've been through a lot lately and your sleep pattern has been disturbed. Just talk on here as you feel able. There are plenty of us to listen and give advice when needed.

There are free websites like playandwin, where you can play games and even get some money for nothing if you are lucky. I quite enjoy the card games, word games etc
