I think this ad is only on sky network for their sky family channel and has song ,male
singer , upbeat feelgood song "whoa,whoa,whoa-oh-oh"
Any ideas?

I'm not sure whether you are still looking fo an answer, tali1, but I also thought of this pretty good John Newman track that was number one a week or so ago, although I think the excellent Fall Out Boy track matches your description much more closely
