which is on a trailer for a new BBC foody type programme, however it's also the music for Margaret Rutherford as Miss Marple.

Obviously am not entering the correct words into various search engines, could someone kindly point me in the right direction?

Many thanks.

Is that right, or are you thinking it is another tune?
Alba - You are not the only one thinking about this piece of music - I was wondering exactly the same thing. I had a suspicion it was the Miss Marple theme tune, but was not absolutely sure :)

It is a nice, uplifting and bouncy piece isn't it?

speakers have now frazzled, son is out with his lappy, typical.
Will attack him and lappy when he gets home.

LG, I love it!
plus the Miss Marple film with James Robertson Justice in it too.
I guess I'm a closet Margaret Rutherford fan :-)
MR was great as Miss Marple. Nice to see one of those films even now, on a Sunday afternoon if I want to avoid the gardening :)

I was just struck the other night by the trailer for some foodie show with this music and was entranced by its half-remembered cadences...

Just played both Gromits and Rockys links back to back :)
The theme to the movie 'Murder She Said'
Also covered by The Fun Boy Three on their 1983 'Waiting' album
Fun Boy Three covered it , did they? Was not aware of that - Will have to have a listen on iTunes.... thanks for the info, Del...
Question Author
