You can't - you need to upload it to a video host (such as YouTube) and post a link.

Open your internet browser in a second window and go to the video you want to post .
You will now be running two windows , one with your video and the other one with your answerbank question .
Go to the window with your video , move the cursor into the address bar at the top , right - click and select "copy" .
Now switch to your answerbank window , move the cursor into the answer box , right - click and select "paste" .
This will post a link to your video on answerbank .
If it is a youtube video , put the cursor in the "enter you tube link here " box on the answer box , right - click and select "paste" .
This will post the actual youtube video on Answerbank.
