if you are a learner driver who is accompanied by a full driving licence holder over 21 are you allowed passengers in the back whilst driving anyone help

Yes. Don't forget, the supervising driver must also have held a full licence for at least 3 years.

yes, I drive with my hubby in the front and the kids in the back.


as above the full license driver must have had it for over 3 years.
