what is the law regarding two stroke motorcycles, are they legal or do they have to be a certain C.C.

Tricky question, They CAN be legal, but they have to be compliant with the Euro 3 noise and pollution legislation. 125 is the biggest CC you can buy new these days due the to the noise regs. But you can build a bigger one as long as t is compliant.
