Lower age limit is 18. Sale of alcohol to muslims is illegal. For Muslims, drinking alcohol in public is illegal. Normal closing time 1:00am, but can be 3:00am in central Kuala Lumpur, for example. You could get occasional police raids for drugs, prostitution, etc.

Malaysia and 'clubbing' do not really go together. At least not for tourists.

Go to Thailand or Stockwell or somewhere, where you might be more welcome.
