Have the Fault codes been read?
Could be almost anything, as woodchopper said have you read the fault codes?

Everyone who owns a vehicle manufactured this century should have one of these (or something similar) – it will save you changing things like the spark plugs, HT leads, coil pack, lambda sensor, intake valve etc - when there is nothing wrong with them.

A single use will pay for the OBD reader many times over.

Possibly cylinder head gasket or burnt-out valve. You can do a rough compression test by removing the plugs, sticking your thumb over the hole and getting someone to turn the engine over. It's got to be pretty bad to feel it that way but it's cheaper than a compression tester. You haven't said what car it is but it could also be a faulty fuel injector; some cars have just one others have one per cylinder.
Sorry, I've just seen Ford Ka in the header - it should be obvious how many injectors it has.
Mindful of what you have already replaced there is a high probability it's a fuel injector.

Before parting with your hard earned, an endorsement to Hymie's post in spending a few pounds on a OBD2 monitor. Go for one with a LCD screen.
Alternatively take it to a professional.
