morning, midweek and the time is flying by, i hope you are in good health, and that your day is a pleasant one. I have no plans as yet, its early and i am still half asleep, coffee on the go will keep me awake for a time. if i disappear it's because i have dozed off over the keyboard, lol....

Fine thanks, we finished mowing the grass yesterday so hopefully it wont grow again until next year.

Been looking for an external hard drive but everytime I find one that looks good I find bad reviews so I guess it is going to be hope for the best.

Good morning , I’m a real early bird this morning, a cumulation of the events of yesterday and an aching hip, I got up to use the toilet about 3 ( serves me right having a drink last night) and couldn’t get back to sleep , I really feel for you insomniacs

As a backup for photos and things on laptop in case it breaks.

Morning bobbi and anyone else that is joining in. My back plays up if I stay in bed so get up and try not to take more tablets than needed.

i don't think we are insomniacs, i sleep well for 3 hours or more then wake, then go back to sleep for the same amount of time, and others get plenty of sleep, just they like the early mornings, as do i.

I sleep on my left side and my hip is starting to ache now, old age I expect
