Had to go to dentist this morning as I thought that I had about 15 blisters on my tongue, two on upper lip and one on lower lip. I couldn't get anything down - but dentist has told me that I have been clenching teeth and caused this myself. I wonder would it be STRESS LOL.

It could do if you still haven't resolved the issue, is it affecting your sleep?

I wakened up last night about 4 times but it was me biting on my tongue jesus I must have pretty sharp teeth - the pain was awful
some years ago my dentist made me a mouth guard for grinding teeth problem. I would add that I was unaware this was happening but he could see from the wear on my teeth. I was under a lot of stress at the time.
I'm the same as thelewisgang, got a mouth guard (they cover either the top or bottom teeth and mean that I can't grind my teeth flat any more). Worth asking your dentist abouf if this is a recurring prblem.
