Must be a slow news day if that's the best you can do. Whatever happened to Mr. Trump?
Tut tut! Give that warden 10,000 lines!
I imagine that dealing with those with an over developed sense of entitlement all day could be very wearying.
Doubtless the offended person will be compensated for breaking the rules.
Must give this more thought so will park this issue...
I had an altercation with a van driver in a car park last week. He swore at me, several times but I didn't retaliate.....well, I did ...but I didn't swear.

I took a photo of his number plate and rang his place of work to make a complaint.

It was very satisfactory and I felt much better after I spoke to his manager.

Well done Tilly...we should all stand up and be counted !
Question Author
Quite right Jack...what a silly boy I have been !

See new Trump post over in news !
What can you say? I gather he was talking to a fellow Taff?
I didn't have one what ? I suppose I should watch the video and not expect the text to make sense.

So, did he tell council what they could **** do with their ****** job and he never wanted to **** do it anyway ?
Question Author
"A Cardiff council spokesman said: "An investigation will now take place into the circumstances surrounding the event"

"The council does not condone this type of behaviour and has guidelines which we expect our employees to adhere to."
Question Author
OG....Yes I am not sure either what it was that he didn't have.
Question Author
Of course, this sort of thing would never happen 40 miles further down the M4...we are so much more polite here in Swansea !
this happened to me and I am glad someone has done it at last
( recorded in real time )

I got a ticket stuck over the parking stub and when I reproved the fella ( quota to fill apparently ) got all the 'here is this 'king prat again, why doesnt be f off' ? more than once. passers by gave me their details to be called as witnesses.

(the law on consent for recording is one sided in english law -so long as one party knows it is being recorded then it is lawful) Police are very keen to arrest photographers but now there are so many photographers of the photographers - all armed with camera phones - it is less common
for those of a sensitive nature his departing hand gesture has been pixilated out
I thought it was a little bit unfair on the warden - shock horror!!

The video doesnt seem to be at the start of the conversation. Whatever went before may have been what caused him to swear.
No real excuse but how much provocation from a smart-*** is a human supposed to bear.
Question Author
aelmpvw....I am sure it was a friendly wave !
Question Author
Quoi....then I guess all will be revealed in the investigation that Cardiff Council have promised.
Curry and chips as Compo maybe?
Mikey - I expect him to be sacked because 'the rules' say he is in the wrong. That wont make it the correct decision. Just the attitude of that member of public seemed like there was a bit of goading beforehand.
O god they are odd people as we well know

St Ives has the fella who stuck one on a car with a dead body inside -he didnt know he was dead, see ?

Charmouth has the guy who was telling dog owners they couldnt take their dog on the beach walk to Lyme Regis
but it was the next week the ban started - so he was saying - "Next week you cant do that ...." - but we can this week ? - yeah - we dont understand why you are telling us what we cant do next week... - well ....
He was the meter maid because my parking ticket ran out at 16 00 and I found him poised to give me a ticket bending over the car at 15 59.....
