Apart from large numbers of car drivers who drive at night with their fog lights on. When there has not been any fog in the area for months ( Have they left them on since the last fog. Have they not got lamp indicators in their cars)
Is drivers who are parked on the wrong side of the road at night with their headlights on.

Nope. That doesn't bother me at all.
TBH me neither - i rarely get worked up when driving
On the rare occassion I am dazzled by headlights from parked cars I find it mildly annoying but not worth getting worked up.
Or better still Mal they wait until your quite close then turn their headlights on, mirror signal maneuver has now become maneuver, signal, whats a mirror?
Yes to both.
There also seems to be a rise in the number of cars that have developed a fault with their brake lights. They are being driven with brake lights constantly on; so when they actually brake there is no warning. As these cars are usually the boy racer types, I suspect they have been rewired to achieve this 'affect'.
Nope and if thats all that winds you up you have a truly blessed life.
I like the boy racer who drives on sidelights with only one foglight working, or the old ford with defective electrics, so when the indicator flashes the back light goes out. Do they not check their lights.
The foglight thing is not so much annoying as bewildering, I can't decide whether the driver thinks it's a good thing to have them on or they have just left them on by accident! Parked car head lights don't bother me what does is people who park with their hazards on but only the outside ones are visible so you think they are just about to pull out!
In support of you malagabob, it is illegal to park facing the wrong way at night, whether the lights are on or off.
The lights are on, but there's no one at home!
Think of them as "auxiliary driving lights" to be used for extra illumination in addition to headlamps - then you might not get so worked up about them.

Large numbers?
I rarely see one , never mind large numbers.
To most drivers the rear fog light blaring away when not necessary is very annoying. For those who can speed past not such a big problem but to be stuck behind someone travelling at an identical speed is infuriating. It should be a criminal offence with points deducted. It is on a par with middle lane huggers.
Personally I would ban front fog lights being fitted - they don't serve any useful purpose.
With you about drivers parked on the wrong side of the road with headlights on. Usually happens when they are waiting for a passenger and amazingly thoughtless.
Whilst front fog lights being on all the time are nothing more than posers and clowns, rear fog lights, unless used properly are are nightmare. In recent months I have been behind cars with the rear fog lights on when you could see for miles. On the very rare occasions I have used mine, I turn them off when I see a vehicle in my rear view mirror. I think some of them think the mirror is there as a vanity accessory,

People parking on the wrong side of the road with headlights on show no consideration for other road users.

I was driving on a 40 mph stretch of road the other day. A car was parked with no lights on (1 offence), facing the wrong way (another offence) and where there were double white lines in the middle of the road (another offence and one that carries points). It made my day when a police car pulled up and started to write out a ticket. Speed limit above 30 mph = side lights on (both sides and not just one) whether there are street lights or not!
