Road Tyres: Pressure check once a month unless the ride feels funny. Quick visual check for stones in the treads every day. Our local roads are disintegrating amd I get a lot of stones in the treads.
Spare Tyre: I check this before a long run. Take it out, quick wash, check pressure, look for damage, pump it up, put it back. My spare is slung under the rear of the car and gets very dirty. Taking it out and cleaning it occasionally keeps the big securing bolt moving and means that you don't get too dirty when changing a wheel. My spare tyre gets used about once a year because our local roads are atrocious. After a flat, I usually leave the spare on and replace the spare with a new tyre.
I also break a spring every couple of years. Pity you can't carry a spare spring now that we have such bumpy roads and rificulous speed bumps.
Oil and water: Once a week on a Thursday lunchtime. Old habit from when I had a car which was drinking oil. More recently this saved the engine when I had a faulty water pump.
When you regularly check your oil and water, choose a time when the water has had time to cool and the oil has had time to return to the sump. Hence (in my case) Thursday lunchtime.
