i burnt my hand on the oven a couple of days ago,it went up in a blister but today i went and scratched it and burst the blister,i put a plaster over it but took it off tonight, when i was feeling sorry for myself i remembered i had some burn cream in the bathroom cabinet, its 'acriflex'so i rubbed it on,it was very soothing, but when i was reading the box it is out of date.exp.date 04/2001.will it do any harm,it is bringing me some pain relief ???????

Probably not. Not because it is out of date but because it`s too late to be putting creams on a burn (not that you should anyway) Put a dry dressing on it and if you have any pain take Ibuprofen.
Unlikely to be harmful, but see your doctor or pharmacist if any unpleasant side effects mentioned in link develop.
