Removing glue from car

Someone pulled off the 2.016v off the side of my car. Whats the best way to get the glue off?

electrical cleaning fluid has worked very well for me in the past, spray it on to the glue and gently rub at it with a clean cloth adding more spray as required and the electrical cleaning fluid will not damage your paint work ( its good on glass also ).
