I bought a 56 year old motorbike from a Polish gentleman who was working at the time here in the UK. That was 5 years ago. I recently thought about restoring it, and getting it registered.
OMG, how things have changed. I was directed by the DVLA
to HMRC. I am told I need a NOVA. I do not have one. All I have is a hand written receipt for the bike. I don't have the Polish registration document - the bike had been in a shed in Poland for 30+ years.
Has anyone else gone through this process ?
