There was a programme on BBC Three about three years ago. It was a documentary series, and each episode involved a family who visited a woman (I think was a psychologist) in a studio . Each time they visited the studio, she gave them some targets/activities to achieve over a certain period of time, to help them as a family.

My friend and I have been racking our brains, but we cannot remember what it was called. Can anybody help?

BBC Three have broadcast a raft of psychology based aids to parenting, including:

Little Angels
Teen Angels
The House of Tiny Tearaways

Perhaps it was one of those, featuring Dr Tanya Byron

I remember it too, it was about improving their relationships etc. It might have been Tanya Byron, but I couldn't be certain.
