I Need Help Trying To Track Down A Programme With George Cole

I dont know what the series was or if it was a one off. all I know is that the time span I am loking for is around 1973/75
I am looking for an extra who appeared in an episode of something with George Cole she was around 6 and her name was Janine Farrow
I have looked but can't find. I am not even sure of Extra's are even listed could any one let me know and how best to track down thsi episode.

Suggest you filter thru George Cole's titles (eg on imdb) and if you can guess at the production, search online for any CDs or Videos available

Is that her real name?
If she was around 6 in 1973/75 I've checked births for around 1967/69 and can't find anyone with that name. I did find Janean Farrow born in 1968 in Bromsgrove.......
