I'm well, Boaty, apart from overdoing the curry last night as usual.

No beer though on a school night but that has put my mind at rest for the future. The reflux is completely food related so Cobra intake can stay as before. :-)

Yes it will be Boaty but I've bought plants for hanging baskets which won't be too Labour intensive once I've emptied them and filled with new compost.
