"Guts" programme ..... love or hate it?

Just watched on BBC4 the programme Guts: The Strange and Mysterious World of the Human Stomach. Found it absolutely fascinating to see the complete journey of food travelling from mouth to out the other end! Michael Mosley the journalist volunteered to swallow a small camera and was subjected to various experiments along its whole journey. If you missed it maybe its on I-Player, worth watching, especially for those medically minded or just interested! Did anyone else see it?

Some people I know would not be able to watch it - the only gory bit for me was where they put a nasal tube in which went into his stomach (he wasn't put out for it) Brought back bad memories for me of endoscopies I had to endure!

I didn't watch it, perhaps a bit gory for me. But it does sound interesting though.
