Help me find the film title!

I think this came out about 3 or 4 years ago. It was quite a gory film - and rather humourous! A group of about 10 people are on a work exchange (I think) and their bus breaks down. They arrive at what they believe is their cabin - but it's some psycho killer's (I rememeber there being a pie made out of human flesh). One of the group has his leg torn off by a bear trap, but somehow manages to survive for at least a week. Help?????
