No, not that. It was in the background as Roger Bolton was talking, sounded like a chillout tune with a trumpet.

Just had a look at it on i Player, and the music starts as Roger Bolton is walking along a corridor during 1991.
It is right after the piece about the Maggie Thatcher interview with Mrs Gould.
