Hi, I have just watched an episode of the Family on Channel 4, and they played a really nice song at the end of the episode. Does anyone know who sings the song and what it is called.

you know if you're really stuck you could go to channel 4 catch up, scroll to the end of the episode to when song starts, play it loud and Shazzam it with your mobile.
