Cartoon baby

Where have I seen a cartoon baby (similar style to the cartoon hey arnold) which has big black eyebrows, a solitary tooth and i think possibly a gruff american voice??

I don't think so. Maybe I'm getting the voice from him but it looks a bit too cootchie-coo for the one I was thinking about. Think Noel Gallagher eyebrow(s) and really quite rough looking....

Could it be Maggie Simpson's 'rival' in the Simpsons? He has the eyebrows and tooth, if I recall

It's not drawn in the style of the Simpsons so I don't think so....

no. definitely not him. much rougher looking. Didn't think this one would be so difficult. Perhaps I've made it up! Thanks to everyone who has made the effort so far though!

Just been on the website and can't see anything like it. If you look at Helga from Hey Arnold and imagine her as a small baby (boy) it has a similar look.

I had a totally different picture in my head but when I showed my hubby the picture (it all started with him), he reckoned that was it. i think I just made mine up! Sorry for doubting you shybearuk. I concede it probably is the simpsons unibrow baby. Thanks to all contributors!
